I'm kind of lost in all this. I would like to receive some recommendations for professionally installed security systems for a new construction house.
I just need door / window / fire / motion detectors. Security cameras will be run through UniFi protection and added via homebridge or similar.
I just wish you could arm / disarm remotely and see the status from a distance.
It must be connected to a monitoring service.
In general, I prefer to get HomeKit compatible devices, but I also accept other HA schemes, so that it is (hopefully) proof of the future.
