Dead Shade Bridge?

I’ve had a second generation square bridge for the last 4 years and it would be fine, but the day I went on vacation, my bridge doesn’t respond. I tried 2 different routers, Ethernet cables, etc., and the Ethernet light will not appear on my bridge and write “No Answer” in the home application and will not appear in the shade application. The eero application shows its online, but I didn’t have the chance to ping it. Has anyone encountered this problem? I just don’t want to have to reset the ceiling lights to match them if I need to get another bridge or reset that bridge.
