Did anyone in the UK have any problems with transformers when they installed their Netatmo bell?

Cupertino, October 25, 2020

I installed mine by a netatmo professional, but after they left I noticed that the bell went into power saving mode and then read "insufficient power". My chime is integrated with the door transformer and I noticed it only says 6V on it, I called the professional back and they are coming back next week to replace the bell and the transformer, but he said the new one would cause an audible buzz. Has anyone been to the UK before? Which bell and transformer worked for you?
