Did I delete my entire HomeKit setup?

HomeKit review here with a panicked question. My Liftmaster myQ garage doors did not respond to HomeKit requests (they worked fine in the myQ app), so I tried to uninstall them in HK and add them again. In the myQ app I deleted "HomeKit Homes", it gave me a warning about deleting accessories and I clicked. Now my home app is empty, like I've never used it before. Same thing on my wife's phone. Did I really delete my entire home setup from myQ? If so, that's bad. While I'm a noobie, I put some good time into installing a bunch of accessories. Is there a recovery function? FWIW I have Apple TV 4K as hub and 2 TB iCloud.
