At the moment I'm pretty confused with HomeKit. I have an Apple TV 4K, an iPhone, a MacBook, my wife's iPhone and three HomePod Minis. There are several LIFX bulbs and strips throughout the house, and at any given time, each device will report that some of these lights are not responding ... but not the same. For example: right now my MacBook says the lights in the living room are online and can be controlled, but my phone says I can't. My homePods say I can't, but my wife's phone says I can. Apple TV, using either my wife's account or mine, says I can. This is constantly happening. It's a complete crapshoot on which devices can control what lights in the morning or evening. Usually, the problem disappears after about five minutes from the first person to launch the HomeKit application, but makes it virtually impossible to run any light through the HomeKit. I tried resetting the hubs (Apple TV and HomePods), taking the lights offline and turning them on again, and resetting my router. Each device has the latest version of its operating system and firmware.
