Disturbing issues with HK video streaming on Apple TV

I have some challenges with my new homekit video setup, which you can help with. When I stay at Apple TV4K, I say “stream XYZ camera” and it will appear on the screen … about 50% of the time. The other 50% has only a gray screen. It doesn’t say it doesn’t answer, it’s just a gray screen. We have 3 Aqara rooms in different places in the house, all with the same problem. I’m not sure if it’s a homekit issue, a hub issue, an aqara issue, an Apple TV issue … Configuration: – Apple TV 4K, 10/100/1000 ethernet, which acts as a hub – Aqara G2H camera on firmware 2.1. 1 – Eero 3 package, non-pro, latest firmware. Homekit mode is enabled, everything is “Auto” right now, but we also tried to completely disable homekit security. The router is connected via Ethernet. The nearest point is less than 10 ft from a room (a drywall between them) that has the problem, but they all have a good signal of what I can say. Solutions tried: – Reset the router (s), reset the hub, use a different hub (Homepod, Apple TV non-4K), remove the camera from the homekit and readjust, reset the camera at the factory (10 clicks on the top button)
