Do older Sylvania smart bulbs work with HomeKit?

Cupertino, January 31, 2021

This might be a stupid question, but I have a few bulbs from sylvania that are a bit older (a19 from 2018, br30 from 2016 or earlier). At first they worked with an Orsam hub, but later with a Wink hub. Apple now advertises these bulbs as HomeKit compatible. Does that mean my older bulbs will work too, or will they include new hardware to work with HomeKit? Anyway, I don't think there is a kit code at home anywhere on the bulbs and I don't know how they could be connected otherwise. Right now, it's working with Samsung SmartThings - trying to gradually drop this and enter the HomeKit as they upgrade.
