Recently installed some Lutron Caseta Diva dimmers and even with the upper limit of the setting set to 100%, the switches only put out 100v (at the switch, not even at the device itself). All get 120V at the switch. Does that seem like a big drop? At full brightness, my lights are noticeably less bright than before.
