Do you receive a notification when the accessory is offline or unresponsive?

Cupertino, May 7, 2021

Is there a way in Home to receive a notification when an accessory is offline or unresponsive? For example, my security camera does not support sending a notification when it is offline through its own hub, but integrates with HomeKit. Homekit can see when a camera doesn't respond to a status report in the Home app, but it doesn't send me a notification. I looked at creating an automation and a shortcut, but from the "status" accessory there is no "offline / non-responsive" option.
