Does anyone have a “no answer” solution on a Shelly garage door controller?

My wifi is not the problem, it has a dedicated IP on a dedicated 2.4 ghz network. The unit shows my network as connected in good condition. When I reset the Shelly drive, everything works fine again, but after a day or a few days, it only appears without “any response”.
