I've seen this only happen on the MacBook Air. Whenever someone triggers the motion sensor in my bedroom, a notification appears with a screenshot of my camera.
The same thing doesn't happen on the iPhone. Is MacOS exclusive? Note that I use HomeBridge running on a Raspberry Pi 3B + with a Pi camera installed.
