So I was present for 6 months. I love. Sure it looks like I think my golden doodle is a human, but I'm more than acceptable.

So I recommended one of my clients to install me at one of their properties where CCTV is not really an option. I ordered 13 for them, another 1 for me and I put a cherry on top adding a weather station for me.

My presence grew well, then 3 days after installation, it went coo coo. Dispose of errors, disconnect, read QR code for configuration or reset. So I contacted them and they arranged an RMA. In the meantime, I have taken one of my customer units and installed it.

The next day, the weather station no longer reports. I go out and change the batteries (less than 7 days on Duracell, meaning fish), but that has not been remedied. So I moved it about 15 meters away from the indoor unit (I didn't get exact readings for my property from that location) and it seems to work. 5 hours later it disconnects again and remains disconnected. Now, after sending an email to Netatmo, this supper returns as well.

Does anyone have similar problems? I really liked their brand, but I'm great. Also, I do not love their support, which responds only to European hours. Their parent company LeGrand has been in the US for years, trying to go to Home Depot and buy a lanyard, these being the main brand they sell. Why can't I block and keep someone here in the US to deal with US customers?
