Hi, I have a weird problem with my Logi bell. A few days ago I realized that my physical bell was not ringing so I checked the ringer kit and it sounded good. Then I tried to turn off and turn on the ringer in the home application settings, but the switch is locked. When I turn it off and close the application, it starts on its own, but regardless, the ringtone does not trigger the ringtone. Do you have any idea what might be wrong? Thanks!
