They are useless. DO NOT CHOOSE TADO. They may have been fine, but they are terrible now. We start from October to sort our heating system. You have changed around 30 to 40 emails. Each email is picked up by someone different each time, who does not read the history and we return to circles. I still respond as if this was the first email I ever sent and have to explain everything again, just for someone else to pick that email, suggest something that was suggested before and We return to the first square.

We woke up every day in a cold room and not once did we speak to a qualified engineer to solve this. We are not even sure that robots are just responding to these emails.

Apart from anything else, we have a room that reaches up to 27 degrees when it has not been reached and sometimes it is said to be 25 degrees when you cannot stay in the room without jumping. It is completely irregular and inconsistent. We spend more money than saving.

The house has just been renovated and the entire heating system is completely new and installed with Tado assistance. They told us to buy 2 thermostats (and we found out later that one of them is completely outdated, so total loss of money), which means we cannot control the settings of our heating system through the application alone (which is not mentioned of them in the first place). If we want to change something, we need to contact customer service that takes days to respond.

We will request the full refund and compensation and we will continue the legal actions. AVOID!!!!
