Edit: I managed to make it work. I have a neutral wire, it's just on the other switch in this two-way configuration. I should have looked at both switches from the beginning. I made a few other switches in the house. They all have a neutral, which is great, given that my home was built in 1975. I try to install Lutron Cassette switches in a 3-way location with a pico remote control, but when connected to the instructions, the body lighting flashes. (Normal switch on off) I thought I had a neutral wire, because white and black fit in the box. (Maybe not)
[here is a pic](https://imgur.com/a/ERAluBt) I thought that white and black entering the box will keep the switch powered. Don't you just turn off the power just in the light? I'm not sure where to go from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
