Don't the homepod and the family's iphone recognize the lutron bridge / hub?

Cupertino, October 6, 2021

Hey everyone, I just got a starter kit with lutron dimmer. Everything works great on my phone (control in the home or otter app and siri voice commands). However, bridge and otter adjusters never appeared in my wife's home application (common home) and my homepod says "Sorry, I couldn't find anything like this in the kitchen of your house" when I try to turn on the lights by voice command. Any idea? I just made sure they are all on the 5Ghz network in case there was a 2.4 vs 5 issue. I tried to restart everything and re-associate the lutron base station several times.
