Doorbell solution

Cupertino, January 20, 2020

So I got tired of waiting and got a Nest Hello and a (Starling Home Hub) (http://starlinghome.io)

I found a Nest Hello for $ 120 (Costco has it for $ 169 right now), and the hub was delivered for $ 99

This works incredibly well, when someone rings the bell, you get a notification that you can force them to touch and start the video. You can hear, but you can't talk ... the pop-up also has locks from where you can unlock ...

If you have a conscious nest then the home app will send you package notifications

I know it's not perfect, but it's good enough and better than empty promises (netatmo)
