Hi everyone, thank you for listening - I'm at the end of my mind trying to keep a connection between HomeKit and Lutron Cassette Hub (claiming Firmware 0.62). I recently moved into a new house and they had 2 switches and a dimmer - I set up my house in the Lutron application and I have no communication problems between the few lights and the Lutron application. When I add the hub to the HomeKit, however, I get 5 minutes of connectivity and after the first or second update cycle, I get the dreaded no response for all the devices attached to the hub. I feel like I've done every recommended reset or read about here. I performed a boot cycle, before and after resetting the "Siri settings", added the hub to the HomeKit while disconnected from iCloud, turned off the Applek 4k, took every step of the Lutron support (for the point in which I sent the journals to engineering and I have not heard since). I checked using Discovery, I don't see the device listed in hap.tcp ..... and I have the impression that I no longer have options. Would a new hub solve these problems? I also can't force a firmware update by disconnecting the power supply, 0.62 I think it's much earlier. It also doesn't matter what part of the house I'm in - I saw "No Response" sitting next to the router. FWIW, running CenturyLink 100down / 10up (everything available in my area), iPhone 12 Pro updated to iOS 15, a MacBook Pro in early 2013 running the latest update to Catalina. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated, as I like the Cassette system for the few minutes of functionality I receive. Thanks!
