Duplicate Matter bulbs in configuration

Cupertino, January 8, 2024

So a few weeks ago, I was able to set up my Tapo smart bulb very well with both their app and Home. A few days go by and the bulb doesn't get any response from the Home app, but it's fine in the proprietary app. I tried to factory reset the bulb, but then I got a "this device is in another home" error. Weird that after that attempt the setup would get to the "setting" part but then it would stop and say it lost connection. During this time, the bulb will be duplicated as shown in the screenshot. Is there a way to fix this in the Home app/via Tapo or have I permanently blocked this bulb?
