I've also posted this on r/ecobee as I think it's more of a device issue, but posting here if anyone has encountered this. I had a really hard time trying to get the doorbell to connect to the Homekit. It's fine in the Ecobee app but refuses to connect in the Home app. I know that the doorbell only allows HK pairing for the first 10 minutes after being turned on. When trying to pair it, it just gets stuck at “Setup…” and eventually fails with “Unable to add accessory. The accessory is not accessible". Tried: * Rebooting the doorbell several times * Rebooting network equipment several times * Rebooting home hubs several times * Factory resetting the doorbell * Turning off 5GHz/2.4GHz on wifi * Completely wiping my home from the Apple Home app and starting over After a complete wipe/restart with a new home in the Home app, all my devices connected fine (including all my Ecobee thermostats). But the ringer keeps failing to pair. It even shows up in the Home app if I try to enter the code manually. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
