I finally took the plunge and am replacing my Ring doorbell and Google Nest thermostat with the Smart Doorbell Camera and Ecobee Premium Thermostat. I was pleasantly surprised by the live streaming connection of the camera to the thermostat for use as a "viewer". What I didn't expect was the built-in Smart Security. I currently have the Ring alarm system and am now thinking of getting rid of it completely, but I wanted to see if people have had good experiences with it and the sensors? I was thinking of replacing it with Abode's security system, but now I'm thinking it won't be necessary. Thoughts? Advice?
