Ecobee vs Ecobee Lite

Cupertino, October 27, 2020

So, my power company offers what appear to be good deals on these devices ($ 175 and $ 99, respectively). First of all, I think I need two of them, because I have two sets of HVAC (2 AC and 2 ovens), as well as two "stupid" thermostats at the moment. Secondly, what I gain with more expensive Ecobee that I don't get in Lite. It seems that all I gain is voice control with Alexa, although with a mini homepod this would be a problem because of siri. I feel like I could buy a pack of sensors and two of the Lite and save money, but I want to make sure I don't lose some functionality.
