I just installed my smart sensors 7 and 8 and I have a problem with "no answer" in HomeKit. They appear in the ecobee app really well. When I'm in my house there's no problem. The problem I discovered is that when they are out of the house, they don't "answer" in the HomeKit. I uninstalled these items twice. I have no clue to force these things to sync with omekit. Ecobee will be useless, they will only take care if this is synchronized with their application.
