Does anyone know what I can do to improve the delay on my evening?
Currently, I have all three options in use for testing.
One tap: Running shortcut (If my night lights are on, turn it off. If off, turn it on.)
Double tap: Running shortcut (If my ceiling lights are on, turn off. If off, turn on)
Long press: Set scene (turns my nanoleaf panels to a specific color to match my other lights
Using Apple TV 4th gen as a hub

I've tried it with iPad and iPhone connected to wifi and with Bluetooth, then put both of them in flight mode (hope the commands go straight to Apple TV if I'm not at home) and just tried to disconnect my iPhone from Wifi and Bluetooth. I have found that shortcuts do not run without a device where the shortcut app is connected to the Internet. If a device is connected, it takes over 10 seconds to run. The latency ranges from 5-15 seconds when my devices are home with WiFi and Bluetooth enabled. Any idea how to bring this delay down?
