Eufy Indoor Cam P&T will not remain connected to the HomeKit after the power outage

I haven't seen a solution here, so I apologize if I missed it. I have had an Eufy Indoor Cam Pan & Tilt for about a year and until a week ago everything was great. I added it to the HomeKit via the Eufy app and everything worked. A week ago, I had a prolonged power outage, which was long enough that even the UPS ran out of juice. When everything finally came back, everything was working except this room. It was just "unanswered" in Home. However, it seemed to work very well in the Eufy app. So I pedaled the power a few times, but to no avail. The weird part: I tried to re-add the camera to the HomeKit via the Eufy app and it worked .... for a while. I could see him in the Home app for a few hours, then he returned to no answer. I've done this 2 or 3 times now and the same thing every time. Do you have thoughts or experience with a problem like this?
