Hi, this is a strange problem. I have an EE router, from the router I have a direct connected Linksys Velop AP running a WiFi mesh. All my smart home devices (Hue, Lightwave, Tado, Eufy) are connected to the Velop system. If I open Homekit I can see my two Eufy cameras in the viewer and it shows connected and a live preview. I can go through and watch what was recorded.​ If I turn off wifi on any device using the Home app, so phone, macbook or iPad and I'm using 4G, the Eufy cameras leave on Homekit and show No response, everything is online and unaffected. If I open the Eufy app, the cameras are accessible and work perfectly, so this is not a connectivity issue. The EE router has WiFi, if I connect to the WiFi on the EE router, the same, everything in the Home app is online and accessible apart from the two Eufy cameras. Has anyone else had this problem? My two Velop APs offer Homekit Secure. They regularly show up as "No Response" in the Home app. They have Accessory Security enabled. I have tried disabling or setting Eufy/Anker to "Unrestricted". Nothing seems to help. This isn't a major issue unless I'm physically at home, as I can't access the cameras through the Home app and have to resort to using the Eufy app.
