Eve Energy (single socket) no longer interrupts energy

Cupertino, October 5, 2021

Hi, my eve energy is about 2 months out of warranty and now it refuses to cut off the power. You can turn the device on and off in the homekit, and the light on the device itself turns on and off. Unless I put e.g. In the shaver, it charges whether it is turned on or off. I remember that I had this with my first power outages for 2 days and I was able to return them. Now, this will not be an option. I have no luck? Has anyone solved this? Will I spend money on Meross because Eve doesn't know how to turn off the power? & # x200B; Thanks for the help!
