I recently bought an Eve Extend to try to get a better connection with an Eve Aqua in the yard.
Every time I try to allocate the summer aqua to the eve extension, it freezes on the "remove from HomeKit" step, I let it run for 10 minutes and it stays blocked.
I'm trying to determine if our router might be incompatible. We have an Apple AirPort Extreme as a router. I know they got discounts. It is one of the last made (high rectangle).
Does anyone know if these devices work together?
Is there a setting I need to change on the router?
