I bought 2 outdoor cameras, one of them works fine, but when I tried with another one, I can't find the accessory in HomeKit. It doesn't even show up in nearby homekit devices. I suppose it cannot be discovered. A blue light continues to flash. Tried resetting it with a paperclip, then it blinks red once and then turns to blue blinking. Should the blue light be flashing? Does anyone have this problem?
