Hello! Two weeks ago I bought the fourth generation Eve Thermo with Thread and used it with the Apple TV 4K 2021 compatible with Thread as a hub. My experience is super bad, so I'll share the main points. Do you experience the same? 1. Eve Thermo is so cool. We use it in the bedroom and both my partner and I wake up at night / morning due to Eve Thermo's engine noise. It also adapts from time to time during the night. It is normal? For context, I previously used a Danfoss smart radiator valve, and its engine was at least 50% quieter - I could barely hear it. 2. Eve Thermo always heats up too much. I set the target temperature to 20 degrees Celsius, but it always heats up to 23-24 degrees. The graph in the Eve Home app shows the 20-degree target line, but the actual temperature is well above it. This also happens after I open the windows and ventilate the room. For example, after ventilation, the room is at 15 degrees and the target is 20 degrees, then Eve Thermo will heat up to 24 degrees and then maintain those 24 degrees even if the target is 20 degrees. This is absolutely ridiculous. Why is he doing this? 3. Eve Thermo does not detect when the window is open. I remember seeing a note in the Eve Home app when the window was opened. But that was the only time. Eve Thermo is next to the window, so when the window is open, I can see in the Eve Home app that the actual temperature drops from 23 degrees to 10 degrees, but Eve Thermo doesn't detect that. Simply keep the heating to the maximum level. Crazy.
