I just wanted to write a quick post praising Eve for their customer service and warranty support. I recently had an Eve Outdoor Cam fail a couple months after install. Their response time was prompt, especially with the support person being located in Germany and I in the US. After 1 or 2 question emails a replacement cam was shipped out without any run around.
They have gained a loyal customer for the future.
