Eve's rule does not work as expected

Cupertino, October 6, 2021

Hi, I was thinking to see if anyone can help with a rule I want to work on. I have a nest thermostat and an alarm system with door and window sensors. We have created a switch that is ON if all doors and windows are closed and OFF if they are open. The switch works as expected. The nest correctly shows the cooling state in Eve. We have created a rule that says: ** TRIGGERS ** * Off (so a door or window is open) * the nest thermostat cools down (air conditioning is on) ** CONDITIONS ** * The switch is off (so a door or window is open) * the nest thermostat cools down (air conditioning is on) ** EXPECTED RESULTS ** * if the air is on and someone opens a window, the scene should start. * if the windows are open but the air is on, the scene should start. * if the doors and windows are closed and cooling is activated, nothing happens. But nothing happens when the air starts (and a window is open).
