Excellent Schlage experience

I have had Schlage Sense for several years. It worked great until a week ago when it started crashing.

I called Schalge customer service yesterday and they ran some tests. After determining that there was in fact a problem, they agreed to send a replacement lock. Since they no longer have the Sense, they offered to send an Encode Plus as a replacement.

I've tried a few other locks (Aqara, August) and have always found the Schlage to be the best. Now, I can also say that they have incredible customer service as well.

If my other locks weren't already Schlage Encode I would replace them with Schlage when the opportunity arises.
