I was converting all 4 of my Logi Circle 2 cameras into HSV firmware. A camera was in the middle of the upgrade and my iPhone slept. The app advised me to power the camera, which I did, but then the app couldn't connect again and gave up trying.
Now, the camera lights up to a solid green light, which will blink yellow three times every 3-5 minutes. It's basically solid green and occasionally flashes yellow if you wait a long time.
I can't find the Home camera or the Logi app. I can't set it up as a new room in Home with code xxx-xx-xxx. I tried the Magenta-green resets and the Magenta-red resets.
I contacted Logi technical support, but I do not email or call back. So I'm confused here.
