Since there is a depressing lack of HomeKit ringtones available in the UK, including this model, I picked one up when I was in New York for Christmas. I finally installed it yesterday by an electrician and it works perfectly. This is a pretty big time, because I've been wanting a smart ringtone for many years, but I refuse to add Nest to my house - which seems to be everywhere. It was a simple installation according to the electrician; I sent him some guides from this forum in advance, so he brought the correct transformer and finished without about 40 minutes. The alerts seem to be working fine, and I've just set up an activity zone so they can skip the road outside. The ringtone comes through my HomePods and is almost instantaneous. Alerts for my devices come in 2-3 seconds later. The only minor thing is that the HomePod ringtone is low and I can't find a setting that makes it louder, because it doesn't seem to match the media volume. But all in all, happy!
