Do not waste your time and money with these. I’ve had them for 4 months now, and they’re absolute trash.
In addition to the setup being hit or miss and requiring several attempts to make it work, when an alarm event occurs, there’s NOTHING in the app about it, and by extension, HomeKit knows nothing about it either… you can’t even silence a false alarm reliably, either from the app or from the devices themselves. You have to go around to each one and press and hold the button for 5 seconds and hope that it shuts up. There’s no silencing it from the offending device.
About the only upside is that these bastards are in fact loud. But the lack of notification and silencing from the app (the way Nest does) is a complete deal killer.
