I tried everything, from Apple support, etc. and I kept getting an error. The only mistake I got all the time was "An error occurred" ... of course it wasn't that helpful. Emmerson's assistance wasn't much better, they told me to just pull it off the wall and then remove the batteries, that didn't work either! I still got the same error. I searched and I searched and I searched. and I found help here on Reddit. Of course, I didn't find it until I found it on page 233 on Google. I felt like it was enough to paint the whole purple by Google, and I had it with this!
