Fountain HomeKit Challenge

Cupertino, May 13, 2021

Hi everyone, I'm currently looking to create an automation for my outdoor fountain, with some WiFi lights. I want the fountain and lights to be turned on when motion is detected on a PIR. However, if it is day, I just want the fountain to light up and if it is night I want both the fountain and the lights. Do I just have an ordinary fountain that I want to make smart? Not sure if this is possible, is there anything I can connect to the hard drive that is compatible with HomeKit? Also, trying to do it relative to a budget, so would these lights work? https://www.toolstation.com/4lite-wiz-connected-49w-led-smart-wifi-bluetooth-ip65-garden-spike-light/p23041 Or I need something better. Any advice is appreciated Regards everyone :)
