Hey guys, I recently got a switch to open the garage door from Hörmann. It is Ethernet connected to the door opener itself and has a wifi module. Initially I managed to add it after a few tries (wifi spotty) and it worked well for a few weeks. One day I came home and the switch was offline. I hurriedly removed the switch from the home app and restored it from the factory, wanting to add it again to reset the wifi connection. It wouldn't work. I even received a new Orbi RBS50 to have better wifi coverage, but without dice. I'm thinking of deleting it at home and starting again, but I'm worried I'll have even more problems if I do. I have a lot of things and rooms in the app. Any advice? Do I have to clean the house?
