Hi all, Looking for a smart and cheap setup for my home. My main criteria is that everything is HomeKit compatible. I also don't want to limit myself to one brand; instead, I want to be able to combine different sensors or devices from different brands. I'm aware that HomeBridge is some kind of solution I'm looking for, but I'm not sure about its performance and reliability. Do you have any long term experience with HomeBridge with Raspberry Pi? What's your setup, how reliable is it, and are there any issues with HomeKit? My ultimate wish is to combine, for example, the use of IKEA smart bulbs with Aqara sensors, Switchbot devices like the push button or some Hue products, maybe a Nest thermostat in the future. A good Raspberry Pi with its case, etc., costs over 100 euros, but hubs like Aqara M2 or IKEA Dirigira are around 50 euros. I can't decide if HomeBridge is a good investment or should I go for something like Aqara and Switchbot at the same time? It doesn't really matter if I can control everything from HomeKit at the end of the day. I would be very happy to hear some advice, thanks,
