Guys, you need to get Thread ASAP. It's bad for HomeKit!

Cupertino, January 31, 2021

Just wanting to share my choice about the new standard for home automation. The interesting part is that it will even be compatible with G home and Alexa. So I recently got a mini HomePod and I was like ok ok Is the wire new? Let's try this! My house consisted only of Bluetooth HomeKit devices (EVE, LEDVANCE) and therefore was super lame and prone to errors. Not I Upgraded to the Thread version that supports Eve reed versions and I changed my lights to Nanoleaf essentials. Running for a week. - Instant switching - NO LONGER range issues (because the wire is a mesh network) - NO LONGER errors or failed automations because some devices do not respond - NO LONGER bridges.
