Forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask this, but I’ve seen some similar posts here around HK and AirPlay speakers. I recently bought two of these speakers and had major AirPlay issues. The Chromecast works well – I’m able to launch for hours without interruption, but AirPlay stops playback after 10 minutes on both units, almost to the second. I tried two different WiFi hotspots (one Ubiquiti, one Xirrus), factory reset several times and tried AirPlay on two iPhone devices, an iPad Pro and a Macbook Pro – all devices have the same symptoms. I wonder if anyone else has seen this kind of behavior with those units. Firmware version: 2578 Firmware version Cast: 1.40.168834

At this time, I would recommend that you contact Apple Support for proper support regarding their application and see if I can provide a solution to that issue. >> If not, it would be best to bring the unit back along with proof of purchase to Telstra, which will further assist you under warranty.
