It's pretty easy to set up Aqara-only automations that lead to a sound (the door opens / closes, the door left open for X time, etc.), but I'm struggling to find a way to trigger a sound from a non-sound device. Read. The use case for me is that my mechanical bell is quite quiet and hard to hear in certain areas of the house, so I wanted to trigger a "ding-dong" sound on the Aqara hub whenever someone hits my bell (Sounds through homebridge). The ringer is displayed as a button, so the side is light. The hard part is telling the hub to play the sound outside of the Aqara app. I don't see the sounds exposed in Homekit or Eve, but hoping that someone else has found a creative way around this limitation.
