Recently, all my Philips and Ecobee devices have been “No Answer”. My other devices like Apple TV, Homepods, Meross, Aqara and August are still well connected. I disconnected the modem and the router, I didn’t fix it. Disconnect the shade and ecobee button from the power supply, you have not fixed it. The ecobee accessory was removed from the homekit and I added it back to the home kit, I didn’t fix it. Even though I disconnected / reinstalled all my homekit hubs (Apple TV and HomePods), I didn’t fix it. Even resetting the Apple TV to factory settings and adding them back to the homekit didn’t solve the problem. Finally, I went to the switch box and turned on and off all the switches, which fixed it instantly. I’m glad he solved it instantly, but now I’m wondering … why did he solve the problem and why didn’t any of the other methods I tried help? Does anyone know why it worked or did anyone have the same experience? And why weren’t the other devices affected?
