Has it been fixed without an answer? - Hue and Ecobee

Recently, all my Philips and Ecobee devices have been "No Answer". My other devices like Apple TV, Homepods, Meross, Aqara and August are still well connected. I disconnected the modem and the router, I didn't fix it. Disconnect the shade and ecobee button from the power supply, you have not fixed it. The ecobee accessory was removed from the homekit and I added it back to the home kit, I didn't fix it. Even though I disconnected / reinstalled all my homekit hubs (Apple TV and HomePods), I didn't fix it. Even resetting the Apple TV to factory settings and adding them back to the homekit didn't solve the problem. Finally, I went to the switch box and turned on and off all the switches, which fixed it instantly. I'm glad he solved it instantly, but now I'm wondering ... why did he solve the problem and why didn't any of the other methods I tried help? Does anyone know why it worked or did anyone have the same experience? And why weren't the other devices affected?
