Help automate the Philips Hue PIR sensor

Cupertino, October 27, 2021

Hi everyone, I was looking for guidance online before deciding whether to buy the Philips Hue PIR sensor (external). I want any automation to be managed in the HomeKit without third-party applications. What I want to achieve with HomeKit automation is as follows: - The light turns on at 20% when a low level of light outside / at the set time - when motion is detected, the light reaches 100% - after 2 minutes without detection, light returns to the level of 20% - the light goes out at the set time, it turns on again only if both movement and low light level outside is detected. Thanks in advance for your help.
