Help door for bathroom, movement, switch, exhaust fan

Cupertino, November 20, 2020

The Lutron switch controls the exhaust fan and the light
Hue motion sensor
Voco door sensor

I can do one automation to do everything or I need several to do the following:

If movement is detected with the door open, turn on the fan and light
If the movement is continuous, keep the lights and fan on
If the door is closed, turn on the fan and light it
If the door is open, turn off the fan and turn it on if no movement is detected
If the door is open and no movement is detected, turn off the light, wait 5 minutes and turn off the fan
If the light switch is on, operate normally.
