We have an Emtek Lausanne Lock set. It is a set of tubular locking and low profile. I talked to Level before I bought and was told it was compatible with my lock set, as long as I had a collar provided by Emtek. Fortunately, our set of locks had been installed with such a collar. Installation was fairly easy. Without installing the gasket, the leveling screw worked excellently. When I went to install the gasket, I occasionally tried the level screw while tightening the screws. Everything worked great to the point where the screws held up a little. At that point, the level screw would not turn the latch - either to retract it or to extend it. Strangely, the screw is very smooth when handmade. But when I try to use the application, the engine makes a noise, but the dead screw does not move. The same thing is that the door is closed or open. Any idea?
