Help replace the led lighting under the cabinet

In my new house, the builder put under the LED lighting of the closet all working with a single switch in the kitchen. I want to replace the 3 sections with HomeKit tapes, but I wonder if anyone can connect to the existing wiring? 3 different zones are connected in the same way and all switch on / off a single switch. Each LED has two wires connected, but there are 4 wires in total, 2 are not just used and connected. Is there any way to use the existing wiring or use an adapter to use the 4 wires to supply power to a power brick on a lifx, Nanoleaf or shade tape? I would be willing to run 3 separate strips and hide the adapters under the cabinet if the existing cables could be used somehow. Any suggestions? https://i.imgur.com/GNyspdS.jpg
