Help SmartWings Shade

Cupertino, January 20, 2024

I bought 5 shades of SmartWings, all with the new matter engines. I installed one successfully and it was rock solid. Two others were also set up online for a short time, but are now unresponsive in HomeKit. I tried removing them, resetting the engine and now I get "Association with accessory failed" attached. The other two never set up and I get the same error when I try to add them to HomeKit. Putting them to sleep (hold 3 runs) and waking them (hold hold jog) doesn't work either. I can add other HomeKit devices without errors. I have Eero Pros, but the HomeKit router is disabled. Has anyone experienced this? Any advice or things I haven't tried?
