Help Symfonisk with the HomeKit

I’m new to using HomeKit itself, but I’ve had some symfonisk speakers that I use as airplay speakers (especially for Apple TV). Trying to add Symfonisk to HomeKit today, they do not appear in the accessory scan. What can I do to fix this? I set them up some time ago with the Sonos app, but I don’t use it for anything else. I’m starting to think I’m either obviously missing something or I’m going somewhere along the line. What should I do?
